in classic bungalow style, all offer plush king-size beds with fine linens,
fireplaces and patios. The luxury Montecito resort's suites and cottages feature
hot tubs on private outdoor patios with outdoor rain showers, hand-cut
stone or Old World masonry fireplaces, radiant-heated bathroom floors,
flat-screen TVs and hand-selected antique furnishings.

Cottage Room
This cozy room features a king-size bed, fireplace and a private deck with sunken hot tub and outdoor rain shower. The Cottage Room can connect to a One-Bedroom Suite to create a Two-Bedroom Suite. (650 sq. ft.)

Cottage
These one-bedroom cottages are the Ranchs signature accommodation. All feature private decks with hot tubs and outdoor rain showers. The renovated bathrooms include radiant heated floors, dual vanities and separate showers. All bedrooms offer king-size beds and all have fireplaces, relaxing sofas and comfortable chairs in a separate living area. (1,200 sq. ft. average)
One-Bedroom Suite
Located creekside, the one-bedroom suites feature a separate living room with cozy fireplace and an expansive private deck with hot tub and outdoor rain shower. (1,500 sq. ft. average)
Two-Bedroom Suite
The two-bedroom suites offer a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and chairs, a fireplace and a breakfast nook. Each ensuite includes two private bedrooms with king-size beds and two private bathrooms. Each suite also boasts a private patio with lush landscaping. (1,800 sq. ft. average)
Kennedy Cottage
Chosen by John & Jackie for their 1953 honeymoon, The Kennedy Cottage exudes romance. Twin master suites, each with king bed, fireplace and stunning private bathroom, open to an expansive ocean-view deck with outdoor rain shower and large hot tub. The beautifully appointed living room features comfortable seating, fine antiques and original artwork. (1,800 sq ft.)
Warner Cottage
With décor reminiscent of a charming European country house, the Warner Cottage is the Ranch's signature private residence. The single-level home features two master bedrooms, 2.5 oversized bathrooms, three wood-burning fireplaces, a spacious living room, formal dining area and full kitchen. Both master bedrooms as well as the living/dining areas open onto a beautifully furnished patio overlooking treetops, the Pacific Ocean/Santa Barbara Harbor and Channel Islands. The private fenced yard features a heated 10-meter swimming pool, hot tub and a gas grill. Modern amenities including three televisions with DVD players, WiFi home entertainment system, fax machine, steam showers and oversized bath tubs. (2,200 sq. ft.)
